to outline the bigger picture and what cool things are being done elsewhere and to demonstrate the potential of the asset that is now available to us.
3. Workshops
to encourage us to come up with creative ways that we can use technology to meet our business challenges
- break into groups and brainstorm some ideas
- evaluate and categorise the ideas
- share our favourite ideas
4. Discuss what the next steps should be
to discuss how we keep the momentum and to plan how we can get some of the ideas developed and implemented.
